Craft and puppets
Puppets are a way for people who have suffered trauma to express and share their feelings through creativity. EDP holds puppet making workshops in refugee camps, empowering people to create puppets, work together to plan puppet shows and then perform to audiences at the camps.
Making puppets gives refugees the opportunity to create joy for themselves and others. It provides an opportunity for self-expression.
EDP also performs educational puppet shows for youth in camps and at community schools, to help young people learn about ways to manage conflict and express their feelings in a positive way.
